You have experience with residential or commercial lawn mowing. You are able to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, and direct the activities of two or more team members. As a Lawn Mowing Crew Leader, you are enthusiastic, personable, detail oriented, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. You have a working knowledge of lawn mowing and maintenance techniques.
The Lawn mowing Crew Leader will be responsible for safely and efficiently coordinating the lawn mowing and maintenance efforts while providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. The Lawn Mowing Crew Leader will also be an integral part of Rochester Ground lawn and ice management system in the winter.
Starting pay $19.00 per hour. Full-time year-round work
Rochester Ground Lawn & Snow is looking for an experienced Lawn spray tech. Must and be certified in MN Herbicide license A & E. Have a valid driver’s license and a dot health card. Must be able to work alone, be self-motivated and be customer service focused. Must be a team player and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Hours are M-F with occasional Saturdays. Rochester Ground is seeking to hire lawn care crew members. Crew members will work in teams consisting of two or more team members. You will work under supervision to safely and efficiently produce quality lawn maintenance services that meet or exceed the standards of clients and management. Crew members must be enthusiastic, hard-working, able to follow direction, personable, honest, and reliable. The lawn mowing crew members will also be an integral part of our snow and ice management system in the winter.
Starting pay $17.00 per hour
Reliable transportation to get to our shop. Must be able to work in a team-first environment. Hours are set by the snow event and are not steady.
